The contact form
The form opens your email program and addresses the message to hello@urpax.com. This website does not store the form. Do not put patient information in it.
Connection logs
The server may keep ordinary logs of an address, a browser, and the page requested, so the site can run and be defended. Those logs are not a marketing list.
The clinical workspace
Studies, reports, and accounts live in the signed-in workspace at urpax.io. That service is governed by the agreement with your organization, not by this page.
